As part of my part-time role for payperwork.ag I was asked to create and drive the social media accounts of workshopvideo to promote their newest workshop in Zurich.
It was interesting to note that my German was quite rusty by this point, so of course I can now boast my level reached A2! :)
My Role:
Built a strategic content plan for Instagram and Facebook with a mix of teasers, workshop highlights, and early bird offers.
Designed high-converting social media visuals: from teacher intros to cinematic behind-the-scenes graphics.
Wrote captivating bilingual captions with clear CTAs (“Jetzt anmelden – Link in Bio”) to convert followers into sign-ups.
Structured a rollout strategy that created anticipation, built credibility, and drove urgency to register.
Results:
Boosted engagement on Instagram with polished, professional content that aligned with the brand.
Early bird spots filled within the first campaign week thanks to urgency-driven CTAs.
